- Heads up youth aspects of TWST4Girls
- Receives and responds to applications with further instructions
- Schedules and facilitates interviews with parents and TWST kids
- Onboards and welcomes new TWST kids to all communication systems
- Tracks youth's attendance
- Sends appropriate communication to youth and parents
- Keeps abreast of TWST kids' needs and matches mentors accordingly
- Monthly checks in with parents to answer any questions or concerns (or retrieves answers from appropriate sources).
- Informs Executive Director of new referrals
- Receives and manages new referrals
