TWST4Girls was created to help girls (ages 11-17) discover and achieve their goals. We do so through 1:1 mentorship, life skills development as well as exposure to intellectual and cultural experiences at no cost to the families that we serve!
We dedicate our lives to this highly important work in underserved communities of Houston and juvenile correctional facilities. We believe that with the right marketing, TWST will be able to bring awareness and funding to our organization, resulting in the capacity to expand and enhance our outreach.

Highly important role as marketing is our presentation to the world. With effective marketing TWST4Girls can appeal to participants/sponsors/volunteers/donors/partners etc… in order to achieve recognition and fundraising, which ultimately leads us to the ability to help more youth.
Description:
Heads up marketing aspects of TWST4Girls. Create press releases, opens media relations, research interview & marketing opportunities on all media sources (Newspaper, magazine, online publications, television), conducts outreach to media sources, work closely with TWST4Girls spokesperson or serve as spokesperson as directed by Executive Director, create cost effective events that promote TWST4Girls, prepare and implement a communications and marketing plan that incorporates social media, paid and earned media, direct mail and advertising to increase public awareness and name recognition of TWST4Girls, works with team to maintain a visually appealing and user-friendly website, Facebook and Instagram accounts and monthly e-newsletters that promote TWST4Girls programs and events, works closely with Executive Director, Director of Programming and Historian.
