Girls Empowerment Network’s Radiant G Conference is a day-long conference for youth in grades 3-8 and the people who care about them. Our theme this year is "Changemakers & Table Shakers."
Throughout the day, youth get to plan what their day looks like. They take part in an upbeat morning rally with inspirational speakers and then choose their own schedule with dynamic breakout sessions, led both by our organization and our network of expert partners, and a fun, empowering dance party. Sessions in both English and Spanish will be available. Youth walk away inspired by what’s possible and with a new belief in their personal power.
There are a variety of volunteer roles at the Radiant G Conference in Houston on Saturday, May 3 at Anthony Aguirre Junior High, including workshop assistants, registration, spirit squad, lunch, etc.

Note: There is a mandatory on-site volunteer training at Anthony Aguirre Junior High on Saturday, April 26 from 11:30AM-1PM. If you’re absolutely unable to attend the training (but really want to volunteer!), please indicate the scheduling conflict on the volunteer registration form and we'll reach out about an alternative training option.
