Housing Research Assistant
CrossWalk Center provides transformational discipleship housing for those returning to the Houston area after incarceration. We currently have two homes in the Houston area and are actively looking to expand our program and add an additional 2-3 houses. Our Housing Director needs help sourcing available rental homes in the Houston market that fit the criteria of our program. This volunteer opportunity is entirely online and allows ample volunteer flexibility with their schedule. This opportunity would require a minimum of a 1-time, in-person meeting so that we the CrossWalk Center team can accurately articulate our housing program and the qualifications we are looking for in our next houses.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Strong Verbal/Written Correspondence

Reliable access to the internet

Experience (amateur experience included) in residential real estate and is comfortable with sites like Zillow or HAR

Ability to work under a deadline - excellent time management
