A Serene Health Services is partnering with Colonial Oaks Senior Living - Westchase for their Festival of Trees and Wreaths. This is a Christmas themed event to celebrate our hardworking frontline workers and their families, while also partnering with local businesses to hold a silent auction. The event will be in-person and virtual as well, however, we are asking our volunteers to come out in person and help setup while maintaining the holiday festivities.
We will serve holiday hor d’ oeuvres and drinks! Santa will be in the house, for pictures as well. It is required that volunteers are in PPE equipment including mask, face shield, gloves, and disposable gown. All of which will be supplied by our company upon arrival at our office. Volunteers will meet at our office Friday, December 11th in Stafford, TX around 12:30 pm to receive PPE equipment and instructions, then will head over to Colonial Oaks Senior Living and arrive around 1:00 pm.
Our office is about twenty minutes away from the senior living facility, that being said please allow for extra time in case of traffic or other possible interruptions. We ask volunteers to arrive at the senior living facility at least forty-five minutes to an hour in advance to help with the table set up, and stay after the event ends to help with cleanup as well.
