Our monthly Volunteer Day is Saturday, February 19th. This month we will be transplanting some Sycamore saplings that have been rescued from an area in downtown where we are extending our hike and bike trail to connect to the East End trails.
To participate, please complete our online waiver. Once we receive your waiver, you will receive an email with full, updated instructions.
At present, we plan to park at 3422 Allen Parkway, our Lost Lake facility, and meet in front of the Lost Lake Visitor Center, just off the circle drive at the end of the parking lot. Check-in will begin at 8:30 and we plan to walk to the planting site between 8:45 and 9:00 am. Instructions on getting to the site will be on a sign in front of both Visitor Centers (Lost Lake and Water Works).
