The Farm/ Garden Manager plays a key role in planting and maintaining the garden. We are looking for a farm manager that has experience in:
- Performing general landscape and garden maintenance (debris removal, lawn care, weeding, pest control, etc.)
- Manage daily upkeep, planning, planting, maintenance & harvest of vegetable, herbs and flowers
- Participate in the management of the garden budget & labor allocation
- Lead and manage Garden Crew and Garden Interns in the implementation of garden plans and maintenance duties including but not limited to:
- Performing general landscape and garden maintenance (debris removal, lawn care, weeding, pest control, etc.)
- Planting and maintenance of both edible and landscape plant
- Crop planning, cultivation, and harvest using deep organic methods
- Maintain and repair irrigation system
