Need Urban Youth Explosion Volunteers

We need volunteers to assist with an all day youth festival. Volunteer duties will consist of but not limited to carnival game monitoring, snocone and cotton candy service, food service, and event set up. This event will be an opportunity for the community to celebrate diversity, culture, education, art, and personal development as well as engage in talks given by keynote speakers from across Houston. The Independence Day and “Youth Explosion” festival will include a basketball tournament, a talent competition, performances from various cultural groups, break out sessions with age appropriate topics, team building exercises, outdoor games, free school supplies, and much, much more.
