The Down Syndrome Association of Houston offers a variety of programs for individuals with Down syndrome and their families. The newest program offered is the Parents & Guardians of children with Down syndrome ages 6-13 (PG-13), this is a program where families can meet other families that are going through the same things they are and for their children to socialize with other children their age.
The first PG-13 meeting is an Ice Cream Social on Saturday, June 4th from 1 pm to 3 pm.
Volunteers are needed to help set up, serve ice cream and interact with the children.
