Each year, thousands of volunteers bring Walks to End Alzheimer's to over 650 U.S. communities. Walk proceeds fund research along with direct services to people with Alzheimer's and their caregivers. We could not help others without dedicated and passionate volunteers.
Can you be enthusiastic and patient at 4 am in the morning? Or when besieged by 100 high school volunteers who all want their volunteer hours certified at the same time at 10 a.m.?
We're expecting nearly 1,000 volunteers for the Houston Walk to End Alzheimer's. Each will be receiving a volunteer t-shirt and their assignments. Many will return to check out. Would you like to be there to fire them up and say thank you? If yes, then this is a position tailor-made for you.
