Description

As the world's largest public awareness events, the Walks to End Alzheimer's are the absolute best venue for letting people know how they can have a role in ending Alzheimer's.

If you serve as an advocacy volunteer, you will be asking participants to sign postcards to their senators  for their support in the fight against Alzheimer's. Alzheimer’s research funding at the NIH has more than doubled in just five years and we need to keep the pressure on.

If you are a TrialMatch volunteer, you'll ask participants to sign up for the Alzheimer's Association TrialMatch®, a free, easy-to-use clinical studies matching service. Other than funding, the need for volunteers, particularly healthy volunteers and those from communities of color, is the greatest research need.

You'll receive training and a script the morning of the walk. So come and speak up for the vision of a world without Alzheimer's!
