April is Child Abuse Prevention month, which puts a spotlight on challenges facing child welfare and highlights the importance of our mission here at DePelchin. Every year, DePelchin recognizes victims of child abuse with a display of blue ribbons along our Memorial fence line. This volunteer opportunity offers a chance to support this initiative by assisting in tying blue ribbons on our fence.
This opportunity will first meet at our Volunteer Services Building, and then we'll walk to the fence line together. Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes to work outdoors, and bring a water bottle.
