Your task will be to welcome guests into the dining area and accurately count each attendee using a scanning app. Each attendee is required to present a name badge which holds a QR code available for scanning. This volunteer duty will require the use of your personal, cellular device.
Please be sure to bring any phone chargers needed. Business casual attire is required, and HBCU paraphernalia is welcomed.
