Join us in Making a Difference at the 2026 Back to School Bash Festival & Job Fair! The 2026 Back to School Bash is looking for 300 dedicated volunteers to help us create an unforgettable experience for more than 3000 children and families as they prepare for the new school year. Whether you can serve for a few hours / shifts or the entire event, your time and talents will make a lasting impact. We welcome individuals, families, community groups, businesses, churches, student organizations, and civic organizations to be part of this exciting day of service.
Three Shifts: 9am -11am, 11am -1pm, & 1pm - 4pm
Volunteer Opportunities Include:
Event setup and breakdown Registration and guest check-in Backpack and school supply distribution Hair braiding support and salon assistance Children's activity zone Job fair assistance Vendor and Exhibitor support Crowd guidance and hospitality Food and refreshment distribution Parking and traffic assistance Stage and entertainment support Information booth ambassadors Volunteer check-in and team leaders Clean up and sanitation General Event Support wherever needed
N0 PRIOR EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED FOR MOST POSITIONS. YOU JUST NEED A POSITIVE ATTITUDE AND A HEART TO SERVE.
