CASE for Kids is excited to welcome you to the 3rd Annual Houston Out-of-School Time (HOST) Conference! This year’s theme—Powered by P.L.A.Y.—celebrates the creativity, connection, joy, and innovation that PLAY brings to out-of-school time programs and youth development spaces.
Volunteer – Conference Logistics
Support the planning and execution of the HOUSTON OUT OF SCHOOL TIME Conference operations to help ensure a seamless experience for attendees, speakers, and organizers. Responsibilities include assisting with event setup and breakdown, registration and check-in, directing attendees, coordinating meeting rooms, distributing conference materials, monitoring workshops, and providing general on-site support. Work collaboratively with event staff to address logistical needs, troubleshoot issues, and maintain an organized, welcoming environment throughout the event.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with venue setup, signage, and room preparation.
