WHAM has become the largest food pantry on the West Side of Houston. We are serving more than 12,000 families a month that face food insecurity. WHAM continues to impact the community substantially, but we can't do it without our VOLUNTEERS!!!!
Wednesday from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m., we are helping to serve thousands of individuals in need!!!
We also offer a second shift on Friday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. to help us prepare for Monday distributions. This shift is in CRITICAL NEED!!!!
Tasks: Sorting food, packing food, distributing, preparing bags, and helping put smiles on thousands of faces. Nobody should go hungry, and that is our commitment. Click here to see our impact report from last year!!!!
