Do you like to plan and help out at parties? We're seeking outgoing individuals, age 16+, who can assist in the planning and execution of Mercer's VIP plant preview party. This can include contacting local stores, restaurants, clubs, etc. for contributions of hors d'oeuvres, fruit, desserts and similar; aid in the set-up and take-down of food, drinks, dishes, silverware, cups, etc., prepare coffee/tea, assist with decorations and more.
Date: Friday, March 14
Event time: 4 - 7 p.m.
Volunteer time: 3:30 - 7:30 p.m.
