See to Succeed needs 40 volunteers per day starting Jan. 9, 2023- Jan.12, 2023
The Houston Health Department (HHD) has partnered with the University of Houston, San Jacinto College, Kids Vision for Life (The Essilor Foundation), and the Berkley Eye Center to provide free vision exams and eyewear to children and youth in need.
These vision clinics are held at our 190 Heights Blvd location. Each day we are hoping to serve between 100-150 children. Clinics are bused in each day from area schools around the city to attend. We are need of volunteers to help guide and escort the children through the clinic and ensure each child is safe and receives services.
