Location: Houston, TX (Gulfton/Sharpstown, West Houston/Energy Corridor)
Time Commitment: ~6 hours/month | Spring Semester 2026
Opportunity Overview:
Support the next generation of refugee leaders as a Global Scholars Mentor.
PAIR mentors empower 11th grade refugee and immigrant students as they explore college, careers and the possibilities ahead. Through weekly check-ins, guided conversations and shared learning, mentors help students build confidence, clarity, and a vision for their future.

What You'll Do:
- Guide students through college and career exploration
- Build a supportive, encouraging mentor relationship
- Facilitate conversations that strengthen confidence and self-advocacy
- Help students set goals and map out their next steps
- Model leadership, resilience and curiosity

Requirements
- Must be 21+
