Help support Hermann Park Conservancy by volunteering at the 19th Annual Run in the Park, powered by Reliant, on Saturday, September 24, 2022 from 6:00 AM - 12:00 PM.
We are looking for individual volunteers or volunteer groups to help with our Run in the Park!
We need VOLUNTEERS to assist with:
Event Set-Up - 6:00 am - 9:30 am - Help with setting up tables, tents and preparing the start/finish line areas for an awesome fun run!
Wayfinders for 10K and 5K Run Routes and Water Station Volunteer Positions - 7:00 am - 11:00 am - Wayfinders are an incredibly important volunteer position that keeps runners on the correct route. Wayfinders are positioned with 2+ individuals in assigned locations along the race routes to help guide and cheer on participants.
1K Kids' Run and Event Teardown/Clean-up Volunteer Positions - 8:00 am - 11:30 am - Volunteers are stationed at pre-assigned locations along the 1K Kids' route to cheer on participants and direct the runners. After the 1K Kids' Run is completed, volunteers assist with cleaning up and breaking down the event set-up.
All Volunteers must be 13 years old or older and comfortable standing for an extended period of time.
Volunteers will receive specific instructions as well parking information once you have reserved your volunteer ticket.
We will also be hosting a brief Zoom training or in-person training that is required for all EVENT DAY Volunteers.
