Discovery Green Conservancy, Citizens’ Environmental Coalition and Houston Public Works are proud to announce the 2023 Green Mountain Energy Earth Day on April 22 will explore water, a vital resource that impacts literally everyone. Our present and future relies on the quality and management of water.
Houston Public Works’ popular Water Works Festival is a new feature of the event with Interactive exhibits to educate families about this vital natural resource. Expect presentations by experts and panel discussions, large scale displays and family-friendly performances, live music, art, crafts, and activities. And, of course, there will be plenty of time to enjoy the green water features at Discovery Green.
