Woodland Park is the second-oldest park in Houston and Friends of Woodland Park was formed 15 years ago to protect and preserve the Park for all to enjoy. We are celebrating our 15th anniversary with a "15 for 15" Project Kick-off called "Picnic in the Park." The free event will feature park history displays, games, ice cream treat giveaways, pre-ordered lunches, and information on our projects!
Volunteer Shifts available include:
Set-up: 9:30am for 1.5 hours with 2 slots.
Donate a baked good for the cake walk: 11:00 a.m.
Manage Food and Games: 10:45am for 2.25 hours with 6 slots
Take-down: 12:45pm for 1 hours with 2 slots
