Dear Community Partner,
HUGGS Inc. is seeking dedicated volunteers for the 2025 Mega Back to School Fest, a large-scale event providing essential resources to families as they prepare for the new school year.
Volunteer roles include:

School supply distribution

Event check-in and coordination

Support at activity stations

Food and hygiene giveaway assistance

General attendee engagement
Event services include:

Free school supplies, backpacks, and haircuts

Athletic physical vouchers

PPE, hygiene kits, and food distribution

Community vendors, raffles, and entertainment
