StandOUT Youth is seeking a warm, organized, and dependable intern to help welcome new families into our youth discipleship program.
Responsibilities
• Contact parents who express interest in StandOUT Youth
• Explain the program, answer basic questions, and guide families through enrollment
• Follow up with parents who have not completed required forms
• Help schedule orientation calls or meetings
• Maintain accurate records of parent communication and enrollment progress
• Help families feel informed, welcomed, and supported
Ideal Candidate
• Friendly and confident speaking with parents by phone
• Organized and consistent with follow-up
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Able to handle family information with care and confidentiality
• Reliable and able to work independently
• Comfortable supporting a Christian youth organization
