Women’s Networking Brunch!
We are looking for passionate volunteers to help make this event a celebration of connection, inspiration, and empowerment for women from all walks of life.
Event Details:
Date: March 26, 2025
Time: 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Location: 1300 Bay Area Blvd , Webster, Texas 77058
Volunteer Roles Available:
1. Event Setup Crew- Help set up the venue, arrange seating, and prepare food and refreshments.
2. Registration Desk- Greet attendees, check them in, and provide them with name tags and materials.
3. Networking Facilitators - Guide attendees in connecting with one another and sparking meaningful conversations.
4. Food and Beverage Assistants- Assist with serving food and drinks, ensuring everyone is well-fed and hydrated.
5. Photographer/Videographer- Capture the moments of connection and empowerment throughout the brunch. 6. Cleanup Crew Help dismantle the setup and clean the venue after the event.
