Volunteers Needed for Jingle & Joy Holiday Pop-Up
1. Event Setup Crew (5-7 people)
2.Toy Drive Collectors (2-3 people)
3.Registration/Check-in Team (2people)
4. Kids' Activity Helpers (2-3 people)
Oversee the activity area and assist with safety.
Supervise and guide kids in ornament-making and other crafts.
5.Santa's Helpers (2 people)
Assist with photos and coordinate the line for Santa visits.
Ensure a smooth and fun experience for children and families.
6.Beverage and Food Station Assistants (3 people)
Serve drinks and snacks
Monitor cleanliness and replenish supplies as needed.
7.Floater Volunteers (2 people)
Be available to assist in any area that needs extra help during the event.
Address any unexpected needs or last-minute adjustments.
8.Event Photographer/Videographer (2 people)
Capture key moments, activities, and attendee interactions.
Provide photos and videos for social media and post-event marketing.
9.Cleanup Crew (3 people)
Help break down and pack up decorations, tables, and vendor booths.
Ensure the venue is left clean and organized.
