Ranked Choice Voting for Texas is an all-volunteer organization advocating to make elections better, faster, and cheaper. We operate virtually and hold Technology Team meetings on Zoom. We are seeking volunteers to expand our web presence. This position is ideal for those wanting to utilize their web development and creativity skills to make a meaningful, bipartisan impact in Texas.
As a Web Developer volunteer, you will be part of a team working on developing the website for Ranked Choice Voting for Texas to promote initiatives and engage supporters by:
- Maintaining the appearance of the website by content standards.
- Communicating design ideas using user flows, process flows, site maps, and wireframes.
- Incorporating functionalities and features into websites.
- Communicating design ideas using user flows, process flows, site maps, and wireframes.

Volunteers should:
- Have experience with NationBuilder or other web development software
- Work well within a collaborative team
- Focus on UI/UX development
- Be reliable in meeting deadlines
