Transitions Conference

Transitions Conference is about helping students and their families navigate the future. By providing sessions on a number of topics relevant to the transition into adulthood, the conference will help start or continue important conversations regarding their next steps. We are looking for volunteers to help us with registration, serve lunch, direct traffic throughout the school, and make sure our guest speakers have all that they need. Lunch will be provided!
