The City of Houston Crackdown office is hosting the 15th annual Houston-Harris County Regional Candlelight Vigil on Thursday October 26, 2023, at City Hall. The Candlelight Vigil is a remembrance ceremony to honor the loved ones lost due to Alcohol and other Drug-Related incidents. This night is meant to symbolize unity and support in the community as a way to allow reflection.
Be the pillar of support for these individuals in the community by volunteering with us on October 26th, 2023, at City Hall. Through your acts of service help us honor the memory of these fallen individuals. Volunteers will be required to sign a waiver form that will be available onsite and online.
Volunteer responsibilities and duties are as follows:
- arrive at City Hall 5pm
- assist with set up of event.
- assist with candlelight distribution.
- assist with breakdown of event.
