Join HITCxThe Basics for Baby Day and help create a welcoming, engaging experience for families and community partners! We’re seeking enthusiastic volunteers for:
Saturday April 18
- 7:00 AM-10:00 AM (5)
- 9:00 AM-12:00 PM (15)
- 11:00AM -1:00 PM (5)
Volunteer roles may include:
- Setup Assistance: Prepare registration and activity stations and signage
- Greeter: Welcome guests and guide them to registration
- Registration Assistance: Check in attendees and registering guests
- Wayfinder: Help guests navigate parking and activities throughout the event
- Floater/Activity Relief: Support partners by providing breaks as needed
- Survey Collector: Support attendees in completing feedback surveys and distribute giveaways
- Clean-Up Crew: Assist with breaking down stations, collecting materials, and restoring the space after the event
Your time and energy help bring Baby Day to life—supporting families and raising awareness about the importance of the first three years.
All volunteers must complete a basic background check. Click here to complete and return the CCH and hold harmless forms. Forms should be returned via email to adrian.hicks@houstonhealthfoundation.org.
