The Office of Neighborhood Engagement within The Department of Neighborhoods is partnering with LeadHER Foundation for the Elevate Career Exploration Conference held on May 17th, 2025, at Fifth Ward Multi Service Center. We are seeking volunteers to join us at the event to provide guidance and mentorship on potential career paths.

Volunteer Responsibilities:
- Conference Planning & Logistics
- Student recruiting and outreach (Networking Etiquette Mentor)
- Conference Day-of Support (Registration, Greeters, Room Support, etc.)
- Speaker / Workshop Facilitator
- Elevate Circles Mentor (Ongoing Relationship)
- One-Time Industry Mentor for (Conference or Special Events)
- Event Photography / Social Media Support
Mentorship Responsibilities:

- Life Skills (communication, confidence, etc.
- Digital Skills / Technology
