On May 31, 2025, the Houston Health Department's Community Outreach & Engagement will be co-hosting the 3rd Annual Homeless Outreach Festival in St. Joseph’s Clubhouse from 10am to 2pm. This is a flagship event for our team because this is the event that we began our current outreach and engagement efforts.
I’m attaching a flyer for that event and I’m sure someone else on this email may even speak with you about this one that is in honor of our unhoused neighbors. Just for some background, the founder of the Theragood Deeds non-profit is a serving Houston Police Officer who patrols downtown Houston as part of the Homeless Outreach Unit; he is very familiar with the unhoused community.
We would be honored if you and your program could join us in serving this community through this event on Saturday, May 31, 2025.
