The 2026 Global Culinary Conference is seeking enthusiastic and dependable volunteers to support our Happy Hour & Supplier Showcase, an evening networking event taking place after the day's sessions concludes. This event brings together culinary professionals, suppliers, and partners for an engaging and relaxed networking experience featuring small bites and beverages.

Volunteer Responsibilities

Assist with event setup prior to guest arrival

Support event breakdown and cleanup at the conclusion of the showcase

Help staff and manage the food table

Serve small bites to attendees in a professional and welcoming manner

Maintain cleanliness and organization of food service areas

Support vendors and event staff as needed during the event

Ideal Volunteer Qualifications

Friendly, reliable, and professional demeanor

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light items if needed

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, social event environment

Interest in food, hospitality, or event support is a plus
