We are developing a two-year transitional housing program designed to serve homeless families. Currently, we're seeking someone to write grants which will help us to soon open our doors. Our program is Faith-based and therefore we're looking for funding sources such as foundations etc rather than government funds.

Help us get noticed! We're a brand new nonprofit organization being formed to be the answer for homeless families! Did you know that in Houston, a couple with children have nowhere to go if they end up homeless? That's right, thankfully there are plenty of programs for women with children, but unfortunately, there are basically none that will take the man, he is given the option of a men's shelter or the streets.

At Restoration House of Houston, we're going to take the entire family into our two-year Transitional Housing program. But not many know about us. That's where you come in!

We need someone with Social Media expertise, who will help introduce us to Houston. In turn we believe it will help us gain the support we need to finally open our doors.

The Treasurer of the Board of Directors, shall:

Keep or cause to be kept an accurate record of all financial transactions of the Corporation. Maintain a depository for all money, bills, notes, deeds, leases, and similar property belongings to the Corporation. Exercise and perform such other duties as the Board Chair may assign from time- to -time. Attend monthly Board meetings on the third Saturday of the month from 10 am-12 pm. Will provide a report to the Board of Directors at each Board meeting.

We are looking for a creative social media intern to work in our marketing department. The social media intern is responsible for planning social media calendars, creating social media posts, and assisting the social media team with brainstorming campaigns.

To be successful as a social media intern you must have excellent knowledge of various social media platforms. A good social media intern combines creative campaign ideas with analytical skills to create successful posts.

Social Media Intern Responsibilities:

Managing the social media calendar.Brainstorming campaign ideas.Posting on various social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.Analyzing analytics to gauge the success of campaigns.

Social Media Intern Requirements:

Excellent knowledge of social media platforms.Knowledge of analytical tools.Creative mindset.Ability to multitask.Ability to work in a team.Experience in Communication or a related field.Prior experience with marketing or social media.Experience with faith-based content.
