Needs From: Volunteer Houston

Expected to be the voice and face of the Executive Service Corps of Houston (ESCH). Reports directly to the Board of Trustees. Leads all activities of ESCH and office administration. Most ESCH activity is done by volunteer consultants working with nonprofit clients.

Responsibilities: Coordinate ESCH fundraising activities.

                            Develop annual budget and track cash flow.

                            Coordinate several consultant committees

                            Maintain contacts with the nonprofit community

                            Ensure that ESCH records and data management systems are maintained and easily accessible to consultants.

                            Supervise staff.

What to change our community in a way only you can?  ESCH needs volunteer consultants with business experience to strengthen nonprofits' infrastructure. Areas of expertise and interest include marketing, IT, strategic planning, accounting/finance, HR, leadership, change management and marketing/digital marketing.

As an ESCH consultant you will learn how your professional and personal talents can help nonprofits achieve their charitable purpose. You will help transform nonprofits to make a greater impact on our community.
