Develop a script derived from their own ideas or other existing ideas or work. Responsible for describing the stories in detail, including physical environments and the moods of the characters. Must take into account the ideas of directors and producers they are working with. Should possess the ability to work and collaborate with others. Must be willing to rewrite or make various versions of the scripts they are working on.



Qualifications and Skills:

 

Candidates who have, or are enrolled and yet to complete a degree, in a subject such as drama, theatre studies, performing arts, music or English. Responsible for posting and maintaining volunteer opportunities on various job posting websites Collaborate with project managers to address current volunteer needs and identify future needs Responsible for maintaining all website postings for accurate and clear role analyses.

The OD Specialist will communicate with cross-functional subject matter experts (SMEs) and leaders to ensure that end deliverables meet the initial requirements. This position is also responsible for providing creative insight towards organizational development/HR-related strategies. The OD Specialist will play an integral part in ensuring that Haiti-Now team members feel valued, are appropriately recognized, and as a result, increase team member engagement.
