Board members will be required to attend quarterly board members, engage in fundraising, participate in board matters, make/sustain policy and essentially be involved in all activities that govern the nonprofit organization, Almighty Ministries, Inc. Board members who have the following expertise are preferred: legal, real estate, marketing, fundraising, accounting, business, education, religion, social media. This is a one year position. Also need a Treasurer who is knowledgeable about QuickBooks. Meetings are held at the Houston Public Young Library every quarter. Agency: Almighty Ministries, Inc.
