Volunteer: Serve as a Front Desk Assistant at Ripley House

The Ripley House Community Center is looking for committed volunteers interested in serving as the first point of contact for neighbors and staff, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. Responsibilities include greeting guests, answering phone calls, directing inquiries, and providing general administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner.Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate programs.Provide basic information about the campus and its services.Ensure visitors go through sign-in station.Perform light admin tasks.Ensure the front desk area is tidy and presentable.Assist staff with special projects when needed.Qualifications and Skills:
Great communication and interpersonal skills.Friendly and welcoming demeanor.Basic computer skills.Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required.Must be at least 14 years of age.Benefits of Volunteering:
