This is an excellent event for families! This is an excellent event for families! Shift: 9am-1pm (Tasks include, set-up, registration, traffic control and loading food and relief items into vehicles.) Location: John's UMC Downtown at 2019 Crawford St., Houston, TX 77002. The distribution takes place behind the church, underneath Pierce Elevated. Parking: Available in the parking lot across the street from the church on Gray St., all other parking is metered Mon - Sat until 6pm. Attire: Flat, closed toe shoes (i.e. no sandals, flip flops, high heels crocs) and weather appropriate clothing. Anyone 7yrs to 13 yrs of age must have an adult accompany them and will need to have a Minor Volunteer Waiver Please sign in when you arrive and sign out when you leave.
