Identifies new funding and material donations to support the Freeman Library and Friends of Freeman programs. Strong organizational and time management skills. Computer skills including word processing, spreadsheet and database development.

The Freeman Bookstore regularly needs new volunteers to those who leave for a variety of reasons. Volunteers sell, straighten, and shelve books. Volunteers must be able to learn Square point-of-sale technology. Shifts are 2½ hours Monday through Saturday. Most shifts are currently staffed by incumbent volunteers. The remainder are on a substitute list. Substitutes normally have ample opportunities to work when open shifts occur.

A good match for people with knowledge of books &/or who have experience working in a bookstore or library. Sales experience is a plus.

Should live within 5-7 miles of Freeman Library.
