This individual will serve as the connective tissue between Project C.U.R.E. and multiple stakeholder groups, especially diaspora communities that fund container shipments of medical equipment and supplies. This position requires a detail-oriented, tech-savvy, culturally competent individual - to work directly with the Client Care Manager - who is passionate about global health equity and thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments. Although this position is primarily remote, we would ask that you come to our Spring Branch warehouse for initial training and then occasionally thereafter.
Key Responsibilities • Client Communication & Coordination Serve as a primary point of contact for diaspora partners and other stakeholder funders. • Respond to inquiries via email, text, WhatsApp, and other digital channels with professionalism and empathy. • Schedule and facilitate regular Zoom update meetings with stakeholders. • • Data Entry & Project Tracking Maintain up-to-date records in CRM and tracking systems related to container shipments, facility assessments, donor interactions, and funding progress. • Input and update key project milestones to ensure transparency and accountability. • • Fundraising Reconciliation Monitor and reconcile fundraising status across platforms for specific container projects. • Communicate updates and flag gaps or needs to internal and external partners. • • Marketing & Engagement Support Provide support for community-led fundraising efforts including creating or editing email updates, social media content, and campaign materials. • Coordinate with Project C.U.R.E.’s marketing team to align messaging. • • Multicultural & Cross-Sector Collaboration Build strong relationships with diverse diaspora communities and multi-sector funders. • Help create a welcoming, inclusive, and efficient process for new and returning partners. •
Required Skills & Qualifications • Demonstrated passion for humanitarian aid, public health, or international development. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Comfortable working across platforms including Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, WhatsApp, and CRM tools. • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; able to juggle multiple projects at once. • Proven ability to work in multicultural settings with empathy and awareness. • Detail-oriented and driven to follow through. • A collaborative team player who also thrives in independent work environments.
• Ability to problem-solve and “put the puzzle pieces together” to move a project forward from concept to container.
Preferred Qualifications • Experience working with diaspora organizations or community-based fundraising groups. • Familiarity with fundraising platforms (e.g., GoFundMe, Classy). • Background in nonprofit, public health, logistics, or customer/client support. • Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

Occasionally we have housing applicants who need information translated into Spanish. Volunteers will schedule a time for a call with the applicant and an Agape staff member to help facilitate the discussion about the program and what is expected. We also have official housing documents that need to be translated into Spanish. Both of these opportunities can be done remotely.
