Different styles of exercise programs are encouraged i.e. zumba, yoga, low impact aerobics, tai chi etc. Commitment is 1-2 hours per week with flexible scheduling. This facility has several onsite food pantries where we store non-perishable food items, toiletries, and other basic needs items for our clients. We have been fortunate to receive a lot of donations recently and need some help sorting, organizing, and “spring cleaning” these pantries so that we can better serve our families!
