Join Rebuilding Together Houston to repair homes at no cost for low-income elderly, disabled or service veteran homeowners. We need Skilled Volunteers to teach project management and carpentry skills to new volunteer crews. You can help lead the volunteers to repair these homes at no cost. Are you skilled in construction or home repair? We'll show you exactly what we need. Join our volunteer work crews, teach them what you know and make a difference! We'll thank you with special apparel and other rewards and you'll have the gratitude of homeowners and RTH Staff alike!
- Volunteer work days are scheduled well in advance, most opportunites are weekdays
- Hours are usually 7:30 am to 4 pm
- Age 18 and older
- Location: Mostly in Second Ward, Houston
- Tools and supplies provided, although you can use your own tools if you prefer
