* This can be a fluid situation, flexibility is a positive attribute
Entrance
* Take Tickets/ ability to run credit card machine
* Hand out programs and flags to children
* Direct Gold Star Mothers to special seating area
* This area can get pretty hectic at times
Parking
* Direct foot traffic to entrance to stadium
* Alert point person (TBD at a later date) if golf cart is needed for
elderly or handicapped
Raffle/Memorabilia
* Big personalities needed for this area to sell 50/50 raffle tickets
* Man memorabilia table(s) which is silent auction.
NFL Player Check-In
* Hand out jerseys
* There will be a list of NFL players attending. It is important to
write the number of the jersey they take next to their name for
identification purposes of the press
* Direct players to field or to Green Room if they have personal
items to store.
* It helps if the volunteers at this position can recognize former NFL
players
Green Room
* Helpful to have someone with the ability to recognize former and
current players
* If food is offered, keep room tidy
* Direct celebrities to field at appointed time
Breakdown
* Take down all signs
* Move soccer goals to appropriate location (TBD)
* Move all bike racks to appointed location (TBD)
* Break down rental tables
* Remove fold black table clothes
* Pick up excess trash
* Leave field in same condition as before we arrived

Feb. 1, 2017
Parking:
Parking for both Community partners and volunteers will be located on the dirt lot by the
stadium located on Magnum and 20 th . I will attach a separate document with a view of the
stadiums and lot location.
Community Partner Set Up
It is vital that you have your tables and or tents set up prior to 4 PM. Please plan accordingly if
you have a tent that will require more time. There will be a Community Partner check-in table
located at the front of the entrance. We ask that you do not break down your tables until
the beginning of the 4 th quarter of the game.
Volunteers
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your shift to allow time for parking and walking to the
stadium. There will be a volunteer check-in table at the front of the entrance. Please be
flexible about your station assignments. It may be necessary to ask you to move from one
area to another depending on the needs and crowd control. Our hope is to give everyone a
chance to see at least a portion of the festivities, it is an amazing event! PLEASE NOTE THAT
THERE WILL BE A SECURITY CHECK AT THE GATE WHICH MAY BACKUP ENTRY TO THE
STADIUM.
Break Down
Those on the second shift, I would like to ask that everyone assist to help clean up any trash
left on the field during the game. If we all help, it will not take any time at all. We want to
make sure that we leave the stadium in the same condition as we arrived.
