Role Description
We’re looking for community-driven individuals to serve as volunteers to youth navigating challenges like poverty, limited resources, or unstable environments. As a volunteer, you’ll show up as a trusted adult and positive influence - someone who listens, shares knowledge, and exposes young minds to new ideas, paths, and opportunities. This is more than mentorship - it’s about inspiring curiosity, building confidence, and helping kids dream bigger. You’ll work with our team who are committed to reducing recidivism, supporting education, and strengthening communities through creative and meaningful connections.

Build Relationships: Establish and maintain authentic, consistent, and supportive relationships with youth through group engagement.
