Greetings all! On behalf of the OST/SU Health Improvement Partnership. We are looking for nonprofit organizations to participate in our upcoming collaborative "Back to School Resource Fair," in partnership with Soaring High, a community based organization.
The event is scheduled for Sunday, July 28th 4:00pm- 6:00pm, and will feature a Back to School drive where attendees can receive essential school supplies, including backpacks filled with necessary items. In addition to the giveaway, there will be a resource fair on-site, providing an opportunity for attendees to explore various community resources.
We ask that each organization be prepared to set up a table/tent, with information and small giveaways to assist in engaging residents. The atmosphere will be family-friendly, with activities such as a bounce house, snow cones, and games to enhance the experience.
