Who We Are

We are a community of proactive caseworkers and mental health professionals working to end generational poverty by educating, listening to, and empowering our clients to lift themselves up and out of their crisis. All of this is done to protect children from the ill effects of homelessness, such as interruptions to education, loss of friends, or general social anxiety associated with being unhoused.

What We Do

RaiseUp Families (formerly known as Westside Homeless Partnership) has provided financial assistance, money management, budgeting classes, and support groups to help hardworking parents achieve self-sufficiency and long-term stability for their families. Most importantly, we aim to ensure that children can stay in school without fearing disruption due to eviction and potential homelessness. RaiseUp Families (RUF) provides hope for parents in vulnerable communities facing unexpected financial crises. We aim to stabilize their situations, allowing their children to focus on education and creating a brighter future. RUF supports parents experiencing economic crises to ensure a stable home for their families. Our goal is to eliminate homelessness from their lives because every child deserves an education and access to a brighter tomorrow.
