Vantage Hospice opened its doors in late 2011. We started with a small group of local doctors and a commitment to providing excellent patient care. We have not lost sight of what is most important as our company has grown. We recognize that the end of life is as important as the beginning. We take pride in maintaining dignity and making sure our patients and families are loved and supported.
