H.O.P.E. Haven

Our mission is to help the homeless find a path off the streets and mentor them throughout their life journey to succeed and thrive as contributing members of our community. We work with each client to create a personalized plan to get off the streets and overcome recurring issues that drive them to homelessness.

We help our clients in a variety of ways such as:

•Aid in procuring identification

•Direct to temporary shelter

•Obtain mental and physical health evaluations

•Initiate treatment plans for ailments

•Enroll in a health care plan

•Conduct housing assessments

•Make arrangements and transport to detox and rehab facilities

•Obtain medicine and medical help

•Provide life skills training

•Connect with job readiness and job training programs

•Provide lifelong mentoring
