Who We Are
CASA of Galveston County is a non-profit 501(c) 3 organization that trains community volunteers to advocate for the best interest of children who have experienced abuse or neglect and are in the custody of the state to ensure they reach permanency.
What We Do
We train committed adults to become advocates for children who have been abused and/or neglected and have been removed from their homes. These volunteers are trained and appointed by judges to make best interest recommendations to assist the court in their decisions. No legal or previous experience needed!
